As a Senior Test Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through strategic test planning, execution, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements
- Lead system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using testing tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts
- Contribute to test automation strategy and implementation (where applicable)
- Mentor junior QA/test team members (for senior-level applicants)
- Provide accurate test estimates and reporting to stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
- Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter) is a plus
- ISTQB certification is desirable
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment
