Back End Developer

We build AI-driven analytics, scouting, marketing, and sponsorship tools designed to make advanced performance insights accessible to youth, women’s, and developing sports teams.

We’re looking for a Back-End Developer to help evolve our data pipelines, APIs, and infrastructure.

🛠 Stack You’ll Work With:

Backend: Python, Django.

Infrastructure: Postgres, Redis, Docker, Docker Compose.

🎯 What You’ll Work On:

Building and optimizing new APIs for our web platform.

Improving performance and scalability across backend systems.

Enhancing infrastructure and automating deployments.

Collaborating closely with product and AI teams to ship new features.

✅ Requirements:

Strong experience with Python and Django.

Solid understanding of relational databases and API design.

Experience with Docker and containerized environments.

Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality code quickly.

Ability to work independently and iterate quickly.

Bonus: interest in sports or AI-driven products.

📌 What to Expect:

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and interview results.

Schedule: 20 hours/week (flexible) during 1–3 month probation, with full-time opportunity.

Work Environment: 100% remote.

Reporting: Directly to the CTO.
