Are you a detail-oriented testing professional with a passion for quality assurance? We’re hiring a Senior Test Analyst to lead and deliver high-quality testing solutions across a range of projects. This role is suited for experienced QA/test specialists looking for flexibility — whether full-time, part-time, or fully remote.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and execute detailed test strategies, plans, and cases
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and PMs in Agile or hybrid environments
- Identify and log defects, ensuring timely resolution and validation
- Contribute to automation strategy (where applicable)
- Support mentoring and knowledge-sharing within the QA team
- 5+ years of hands-on testing experience across web, mobile, or enterprise platforms
- Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle and QA methodologies
- Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, TestRail)
- Experience with manual and/or automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Cypress)
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- ISTQB certification or similar is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
