What we are looking for:

• At least 6 year of experience in similar roles;
• Have a background of working in and with support teams;
• Very strong focus on quality of service and response;
• Experience in datacenter (physical and cloud) operations and architecture;
• Knowledge in specifying requirements and defining solution architectures;
• Experience with TCP/IP networks and protocols;
• Experience in Windows and Linux system administration;
• Experience in cloud platform administration;
• Knowledge of scripting Languages: PowerShell, Python, etc;
• Excellent writing skills (policies, procedures, etc.);
• Knowledge in IT Service Management (ITIL / Cobit is a plus)”;
• Fluent level of English.
