Senior Game Designer iGaming

Verba Production is an innovative game studio focused on creating next-gen iGaming experiences. We're looking for a Senior Game Designer to join our growing remote team and help shape the future of interactive gambling entertainment.

What You’ll Do:

Design new slot games, instant games, and iGaming experiences from concept to production;

Develop engaging game mechanics, progression systems, bonus features, and in-game economies;

Collaborate with math designers and analysts to create and balance game math models and RTP profiles;

Write detailed design documentation (GDDs, feature specs, user flows, balance sheets);

Work closely with artists, developers, and product owners throughout the development lifecycle;

Monitor and optimize key metrics like retention, ARPU, volatility, and engagement;

Conduct market and competitor analysis to drive innovation and new feature ideas.

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of experience in game design, preferably in iGaming (slots, social casino, mobile);

Strong understanding of core game loops, player psychology, and monetization strategies;

Experience designing game economies and balancing numerical systems;

Proficiency in Excel (or similar tools) for modeling and simulations;

Ability to communicate ideas clearly and create well-structured documentation;

Self-driven, proactive mindset with remote team experience;

Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Nice to Have:

Experience working with UX/UI in games;

Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau);

A track record of successful game launches in the iGaming sector;

Awareness of current trends in online gambling and real-money gaming.
