We’re seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst who’s passionate about testing, refining, and helping deliver flawless experiences to our users.

You’ll be the guardian of quality—testing new features, finding bugs before users do, and ensuring our systems perform perfectly under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• 🔍 Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and/or mobile applications
• 🛠 Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand new features and requirements
• 🐛 Identify, report, and track bugs through to resolution using tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar
• ✅ Perform regression, functional, and usability testing
• 🚦Verify fixes and support release processes with QA sign-offs
• 📊 Analyze testing data and report on defect trends and QA coverage
• 🧪 Assist in building and maintaining automated test scripts (using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)

• 🎓 Have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or relevant experience
• 💼 Have 1–3 years of experience in a QA role (manual or automation)
• 🔧 Are familiar with test case design, defect tracking, and quality reporting
• 🧰 Have experience with QA tools like Selenium, Postman, TestRail, Jira, or similar
• 💬 Communicate clearly in English (German or French is a plus)
• 🧠 Think like a user, act like a tester, and solve problems like a developer
• 🏡 Live in Switzerland and are comfortable working remotely and independently
