As a Software Engineer, you’ll design, develop, and deliver clean, testable, and scalable code that powers our platform.

Your day-to-day:

• 🧱 Build new features and improve existing ones across front-end, back-end, or full-stack systems
• 🧠 Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to define and implement technical solutions
• 🧪 Write and maintain unit/integration tests to ensure system stability and performance
• 📊 Optimize performance and scalability across systems and services
• 🔄 Participate in agile rituals (sprint planning, standups, retros) in a fully remote environment
• 📦 Review code, share feedback, and contribute to best practices and documentation

• 💼 Have 2–5 years of professional experience in software development
• 👨‍💻 Work fluently with modern tech stacks like JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, Go, or Java
• 🧰 Are familiar with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), Git, CI/CD pipelines, and container tools (Docker, etc.)
• 🧠 Love solving problems, debugging, and optimizing code
• 💬 Communicate well in English (German or French is a bonus!)
