What You’ll Do

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our platform and product suite, taking full ownership of the features you ship.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• End-to-End Feature Development: Design, build, and ship customer-facing features across the stack (front-end + back-end).
• Product Building: Work on top of state-of-the-art voice AI models used by millions of users.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, growth, and sales teams to solve customer problems and deliver impactful workflows.
• Proof-of-Concept Development: Rapidly prototype and deliver new product ideas — some in collaboration with partner customers — to explore entirely new markets.
• Product Improvements: Enhance existing products with intuitive UX, added functionality, and integrations with popular consumer/enterprise tools.
• Infrastructure: Maintain and strengthen internal systems to keep products live, performant, and secure as we scale.
• Data Handling: Help collect, process, and manage large-scale datasets to power the next generation of voice models.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

We don’t require specific degrees, certifications, or years of experience. We care about your ability to solve hard problems and ship results.

You Should Have

• Expertise in Python
• Experience with Web Development using TypeScript/React
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, storage solutions, and common design patterns
• Strong understanding of software/system design and data structures
