About the Role:

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering AI-driven solutions from concept to deployment. You will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution, translating business needs into intelligent, scalable systems. This role requires hands-on experience and domain expertise across BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance), Retail, Industrial, and Manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across BFSI, Retail, Industrial, and Manufacturing sectors to understand business processes, pain points, and opportunities for AI integration.
• Translate business objectives into technical strategies, architectures, and proposals for AI/ML solution development.
• Design and build end-to-end AI systems, including data collection, preprocessing, modeling, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and production-grade AI applications tailored to industry-specific use cases, such as:

BFSI: Credit scoring, fraud detection, customer segmentation, risk modeling.

Retail: Personalization engines, demand forecasting, inventory optimization.

Industrial & Manufacturing: Predictive maintenance, quality inspection, process optimization.

• Work closely with data engineers and software developers to ensure seamless integration of AI components into broader platforms or products.
• Continuously monitor model performance and enhance system accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and AI trends relevant to each industry.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as AI Engineer developing AI solutions applied to BFSI, Retail, Industrial, and Manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, data processing, and model deployment.
• Hands-on experience with tools and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Results-driven mindset and ability to solve complex problems using AI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
