Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Gameplay Programmer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, polishing, and bug-fixing various gameplay elements to enhance our platform's functionality. Your work will directly impact the user experience, making learning engaging and interactive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine gameplay mechanics, including VR interactions and game loops.
• Collaborate with designers and artists to implement new features.
• Optimize and debug gameplay systems to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Contribute to the development of modular components that can be reused across the platform.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in gameplay programming.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Gameplay Programmer, preferably in the XR or gaming industry.
• Proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine.
• Experience with multiplayer games and building replicated gameplay.
• Strong understanding of gameplay mechanics and VR development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Passion for creating engaging, educational experiences.
• AAA or AA experience is preferred.
