Automation tester with Python - industrial automation industry

Join one of our projects in the industrial automation industry. As an Automation Tester, you will work on a project to maintain and develop software for a family of industrial equipment with a focus on communication modules.

The project envisions working 2-3 times a week in the Katowice office.

Your tasks

• Creating and developing automated tests in Python language
• Verifying the correctness of software operation at the application level and communication between modules
• Participating in the testing of new features and regressions
• Error analysis, problem reporting, debugging support
• Working with knowledge of computer networks, OSI model and communication protocols
• Collaborate with Developers and other teams to have a good understanding of system requirements and functions
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of commercial test automation experience using Python language
• Experience in test automation of Embedded systems
• Good knowledge of embedded systems
• Knowledge related to computer networks - basics of operation, addressing, communication
• Knowledge of ISO/OSI model and communication protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, Ethernet, etc.)
• Fluency in Polish language required
• Residency in Poland required
