📌Business Continuity Analyst – Program Support & Execution (Full-time, Remote)

📆 Contract type: Full-time, Contractor

🌐 Work hours: 7.30am – 3.30pm PST – Remote

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the development, maintenance, and execution of BC/DR procedures and SOPs
• Assisting with impact assessments, training, and testing coordination
• Tracking program metrics and contributing to resilience reporting
• Coordinating with internal teams and vendors to validate recovery procedures
• Managing documentation repositories (plans, test results, contact lists, etc.)
• Assisting with compliance audits and certification preparation (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 22301)
• Participating in process reviews and improvement initiatives across departments
  
  

✅ What You Need to Succeed

Must-haves

• 2–4 years of experience in business continuity, risk, compliance, or operations
• Understanding of risk control concepts and mitigation strategies
• Strong organization and documentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace
• Knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 27001, NIST
• Professional, trustworthy, eager to learn, and adaptable
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
  
  

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with business continuity platforms (e.g., Riskonnect)
• Basic understanding of infrastructure or application architecture
• Exposure to cloud services (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
