Lead Backend Engineer - AI Agent/English Only OK/Up to 15M!

The company integrates with industry leading SFA/CRM/MA tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot, to ensure a streamlined and cohesive sales and marketing process. Their product has proven to be very effective and are used by over 230+ companies at the moment, including big names such as NTT, GMO EN, Recruit and DMM. Their current engineers came from top tech companies in the world such as Google, Microsoft, Indeed, and famous tech companies in Japan such as Mercari, LINE, Yahoo, Smartnews, etc.

They are looking for a lead Backend Engineer who has experience with;

• Large Language Model Integration: Experience working with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and integrating them into agent workflows for natural-language understanding and generation
• Agent Solution Design: Ability to design and build deployable AI agent solutions and best-practice templates for internal and external stakeholders
• Cloud Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure to deploy, scale, and secure AI services in production
• Business level English
• Proficient in Python with about 5+ years of experience
• Experience leading development teams or managing projects with multiple members.
