You’ll work hands-on across the full machine learning lifecycle, from data and experimentation to production deployment, in an environment that values curiosity, pragmatism, and production impact.

• Design and run experiments for LLMs, fine-tune and evaluate models for performance and reliability.
• Build and deploy ML systems into production, integrating LLMs into workflows and agent-based systems.
• Collaborate with senior researchers and engineers to ensure models and systems are production-ready.

🚀 It would be fantastic if you…

• Bring 3+ years of ML experience (for ML Engineer) or 5+ years with significant impact/leadership (for Senior).
• Have strong skills in Python, PyTorch, and Transformers, with a track record of taking models into production.
• Are comfortable with modern ML infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, CI/CD, MLflow, Weights & Biases) and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).
