Head of AI Product

Requirements

Must-haves

• 10+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years in senior technical leadership or executive roles (VP Engineering, VP Product, or CTO)
• Recent (within the last 24 months) senior or principal-level experience in architecture, engineering, or product management at an AI lab (OpenAI, Anthropic) or FAANG company (Google, Amazon, Meta, Microsoft, Apple)
• Proficiency with Node.js, Next.js
• Proficiency with OpenAI, LLM
• Experience with scaling technology and product in high-growth B2B SaaS companies in the AI/ML domain
• Proven track record delivering large-scale technical projects for US-based enterprise clients
• Deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), latency optimization, and cost management with provider APIs
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

What you will work on

• Define the technical strategy and hands-on architecture for a highly available, real-time, multi-tenant conversational AI platform
• Establish enterprise-grade security, data governance, and LLMOps practices for prompt management, model orchestration, and data fine-tuning pipelines
• Oversee the design and scaling of microservices for functions like match scoring, response optimization, and rate limiting
• Recruit, mentor, and lead globally distributed engineering and data science teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Provide strategic oversight of the core tech stack (Next.js, React, Supabase, Airtable) to ensure maintainability, performance, and developer efficiency
• Define and own the product roadmap, turning company vision and market needs into actionable technical requirements
• Collaborate with enterprise clients to translate complex requirements into secure and scalable product capabilities (e.g. advanced analytics, multi-tenant features, A/B testing frameworks)
• Align product and engineering initiatives with business goals, revenue growth, and market strategies
