You’ll join the Creative team to for set and oversee the creative vision of projects and brand campaigns across various media such as digital, print, advertising, and more This is a Fulltime opportunity. This role is based onsite at the company’s corporate headquarters in Virginia Beach, VA, and relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Creative Director Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the creative vision, ensuring consistency and originality across all brand and campaign outputs.
• Lead and mentor creative teams—designers, copywriters, photographers, and others—maximizing talent and fostering growth.
• Oversee the full creative process from concept through delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to align creative strategies with organizational goals and market trends.
• Review and approve creative deliverables, driving continuous improvement in quality, systems, and ways of working.
• Support new business initiatives by developing innovative, high-impact pitches and campaigns.

Creative Director Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 10+ years in creative roles, including 3+ years in a leadership/director-level position.
• Proven leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and engage stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in brand development, design principles, and multichannel marketing.
• Proficiency in creative tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and project management platforms (e.g., Asana).
• Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, strategic planning, and mentoring creative professionals.
