We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking AI-native QA Team Lead to join our team at Tothemoon in Almaty. In this role, you will transform QA from a traditional function into an AI-driven system of agents, building processes where humans orchestrate and supervise, while AI agents handle the heavy lifting.
This is not about “just using ChatGPT” — it’s about designing, implementing, and scaling a truly AI-first QA approach for a global crypto exchange.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI-driven QA Architecture
Build and scale QA processes powered by AI agents for web, mobile clients, API, and blockchain integrations.
Design an agent-based architecture: testing as a network of AI agents connected to the CI/CD pipeline.
Integrate and adapt cutting-edge AI tools: LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAI API, Claude, RAG systems.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the QA team, teaching members their new role as “agent orchestrators.”
Transform team KPIs and workflows to align with an AI-first mindset.
Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and security teams to ensure seamless quality assurance.
5+ years in QA (including automation).
2+ years of leadership experience as a QA Lead/Manager.
Hands-on experience with LLM/AI tools (beyond ChatGPT — actual agent setup and integrations).
Proven ability to design QA processes from scratch.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern QA practices.
English — intermediate+.
Nice to have: background in crypto/fintech, high-load systems, and security.
