About the Role

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, engineers, designers, marketing, and customer success to deliver impactful product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, requirement definition, and execution of development projects
• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to push feature development
• Define product specifications, create wireframes, and design workflows
• Propose product improvements based on user insights and business needs
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams for cross-functional alignment
• Set KPIs, analyze performance data, and conduct post-release evaluations
• Drive continuous improvement in user experience and product quality

Qualifications

Required:

• 2+ years of product or project management experience in web or app development
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams to define and drive product development
• Experience using user feedback and KPI data to plan and execute product improvements
• Conversational Japanese proficiency (N3 level or above)
