Recruitment Specialist - IT and Engineering

Your tasks

• Independently conduct recruitment for IT and engineering positions
• Effectively reach out to candidates through all available channels (Internet, telephone, Events, Job Fairs)
• Close, partnership cooperation with hiring managers and business departments
• Building long-term relationships with Candidates - we care about Candidate Unique Experience
• Working with our tools: CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter - co-managing the candidate database
• Supporting activities in the area of Employer Branding
• Verification and selection of submitted applications
  
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Fast paced, self-motivated, able to work under minimal supervision
• Sales fervor - courage in contacting the candidate and the business - you are not afraid to call, invite, convince
• Good organization of work, energy and commitment
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Openness to work from the office in a hybrid model
• Fluency in Polish required
• Residence in Poland required
