Job Description
At KONUX, Senior Product Designers play a crucial role in shaping intuitive, data-driven solutions that make complex technical information accessible and actionable. As a Senior Product Designer (with UI & Systems focus), you’ll focus on designing elegant, data-rich interfaces and maintaining a scalable design system that empowers teams to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences across our platform.
This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with our UX Designer, PMs, engineers, and domain experts. Together, you’ll translate technical complexity into clear, user-centered designs that make a real-world impact in mission-critical environments.

Your Impact
- Craft Beautiful, Usable Interfaces: Design intuitive, data-rich interfaces that make complex workflows feel simple, accessible, and actionable.
- Shape Interaction Patterns: Define interaction behaviors, transitions, and patterns that make our product feel seamless and responsive.
- Maintain and Evolve Our Design System: Own and update a scalable design system used across multiple delivery teams, ensuring visual and functional consistency.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work with the UX Designer, PMs, engineers, and domain experts to align user needs with technical realities and business goals.
- Deliver with Impact: Ensure smooth handoffs to developers and support high-quality implementation, from early flow definitions to polished layouts and high-fidelity prototypes.
- 4+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
- A strong portfolio showcasing data-heavy dashboards, analytics tools, and design systems.
- Expertise in Figma and a passion for building and maintaining scalable design systems.
- Confidence working in technical and engineering-heavy environments.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams. German would be nice to have.
