My client is a cutting-edge barter marketplace for trading cards, operating within the $10B+ secondary market for sports collectibles. They’re pioneering a new swap-based economy, built on the belief that the trading market for collectibles is up to 5x larger than the traditional cash sales market. Their mission is to empower collectors by enabling seamless, anytime-anywhere card trading.

The founding team brings strong credentials, with backgrounds from Columbia (ex-investment banking) and Brown (ex-Google). They’re building something truly transformative—and are looking for passionate, driven individuals to help shape the future of collectibles.

• Proven experience designing and shipping products across both web and mobile platforms (consumer-focused)
• Background working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisive moves
  
  

Role Details:

• Compensation: $100K–130K + benefits + equity
• Location: Fully Remote
  
  

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with the founding team to design and iterate on new and existing features across web and mobile
• Analyze UI performance post-launch and recommend enhancements
• Work closely with engineers to define and document product requirements
• Apply a strong visual sense to ensure high levels of polish and user delight
