Job Description
We are seeking a mid-to-senior level UX Designer to join Scalepex’s Product Design team. This is a fully remote role based in Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Help shape our global health and wellbeing product by applying hands-on UX design and product thinking skills across platforms (web, wearables, iOS, Android, and other connected devices) reaching more than 14 million members in 20 languages and 190 countries.
- Create end-state UI and strategic artifacts including task flows, wireframes, and concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers, researchers, content strategists, and other specialists in a fast-paced agile environment.
- We focus on health and behavior change principles, collaborate weekly, and value continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- We empower team members to lead research studies and contribute to the product vision from any location.
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Design and/or product-oriented UX roles on cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Healthcare, Public Health, Wellbeing, and/or Fitness domain experience preferred.
- Fluency in user-centered design methodology, design thinking, and workshop facilitation.
- Proficiency with Figma, Jira, and other common tools.
- Generalist UX with expertise in visual and interaction design.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present design decisions clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment and lead process improvement where applicable.
- Experience designing scalable patterns and components, and maintaining design systems.
- Experience driving accessibility standards.
- Experience building admin tools and data visualization.
- Experience with game design and/or loyalty programs.
