This is a full-time remote opportunity, open to candidates across the MENA region.

About the Role

As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with the company’s strategic objectives. You will play a key role in overseeing technical projects, mentoring developers, and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and a passion for building scalable, reliable, and innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of software engineers to deliver projects on time and at the highest quality standards.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Define and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and architecture design.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
• Review code, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Foster a collaborative team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET, or similar).
• Strong understanding of system architecture, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a hands-on approach.
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams is highly valued.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
