Our client is a next-generation visa and travel orchestration platform powered by AI and automation. Our solution serves travelers, agents, suppliers, and administrators, integrating multilingual and multi-currency support, complex application flows, OCR-based document management, dashboard tracking, and real-time notifications.
We are seeking a world-class AI Product Manager to join our leadership team and own the end-to-end product strategy and delivery of AI-driven features for this transformative project.
Role Overview
As an AI Product Manager, you will define and execute the product roadmap for building an end-to-end government-ready solution, with a strong focus on AI-powered automation, compliance, and user experience. You will work at the intersection of government stakeholders, our client’s stakeholders, engineering, design, and operations, ensuring the delivery of a secure, scalable, and citizen-centric platform.
You will bring a visionary yet hands-on approach, balancing strategic alignment with the governments and practical delivery with our engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Product Ownership
-Define and own the AI product roadmap for the government's visa & travel transformation project
-Align product vision with government requirements, partner requirements, requirements, compliance regulations, and long-term strategy
-Translate high-level objectives into clear, prioritized product features and deliverables
- AI & Automation Leadership
-Drive design and integration of AI-powered modules (OCR document processing, KYC automation, fraud detection, personalization, and real-time decisioning)
-Identify opportunities to leverage AI agents across traveler, agent, supplier, and admin portals to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency
-Ensure AI models are responsible, explainable, and compliant with government data policies
- Stakeholder Engagement
-Act as the primary product liaison with the government officials and agencies
-Conduct workshops, bootcamps, and demonstrations to secure alignment and
adoption
-Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable product improvements
- Execution & Delivery
- Work closely with engineering (backend, frontend, and AI/ML), QA, and DevOps teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Use agile and waterfall methodologies to manage product sprints, backlog, and feature prioritization
- Define and track KPIs (e.g., visa processing speed, error reduction, user satisfaction)
- Send product updates to internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
- Manage 0 to 1 product lifecycle and be able to work with Marketing teams
- Align and report to stakeholders
- Ensure product backlog, sprints, and deliverables are met for the internal and external stakeholders
- Market & Innovation
-Benchmark against global e-visa and travel platforms to ensure best-in-class positioning
-Identify new AI-driven opportunities to expand platform beyond visas into government services, compliance, and citizen experience
-Figure out and benchmark different required software/tools for a government-level product
Key Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Proven Track Record: 7–10+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in AI/ML-driven platforms, preferably in travel, government services, fintech, or compliance-heavy industries
- Hands-on experience with product-related software/tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, etc
- Hands-on experience with the design thinking process and defining user personas
- Experience in creating a Product Charter, OKRs, MRD, Sprints Planning, Business Case/Product Proposal
- Experience with creating user manuals
- Show experience working with the Marketing team for GTM
- AI & Data Expertise: Strong understanding of OCR, NLP, machine learning models, and intelligent automation workflows. Ability to translate AI capabilities into user value
- Government/Enterprise Experience: Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation projects with government or enterprise stakeholders
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of modern stacks (e.g., Next.js, Nest.js, MongoDB, Azure, AWS services) and ability to colaborate effectively with technical teams
- Leadership & Influence: Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- User-Centric Mindset: Deep commitment to UX, accessibility, and inclusivity for diverse users across languages and geographies
- You have vibe coding experience
Work Model & Location
- The role is mainly remote, but the candidate should be available to travel to Da Nang when required for a hybrid setup.
- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may vary slightly, following Vietnam/Singapore business hours).
Interview Process:
- 2–3 rounds in total.
- Candidates may be asked to complete a short assignment during the process.
