We’re hiring a Lead Data Scientist to take ownership of a cutting-edge, high-traffic AI-driven advertising platform that’s reshaping the future of mobile monetisation.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Own the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models (recommendation, pricing, classification) at massive scale
• Lead and grow a high-performing data science team, fostering technical excellence and mentorship
• Collaborate across product, supply, and demand teams to balance advertiser, publisher, and user needs
• Drive long-term strategy and planning, including experimentation, OKRs, and technical documentation
• Work with real-time and batch pipelines powered by Spark, Kafka, S3, Airflow, and more

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in data science, with 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship role
• Experience with deep learning in production environments (millions of predictions/day)
• Proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of applied ML/AI in a business context
• Comfort with large-scale data infrastructure and tooling (AWS, Airflow, Spark, etc.)
• Bonus: AdTech experience, or a background in real-time personalisation/recommendation systems
