💼 Experience: 1–3 years in a similar IT support role

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver BAU Technology and Voice tasks with excellence.
• Lead IT relocation projects, audits, and preliminary works.
• Manage hardware inventory, requests, and receipts efficiently.
• Troubleshoot, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, peripherals, and IP phones.
• Support office moves, events, and work-from-home setups.
• Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely resolution of requests.
• Provide exceptional customer-focused service across teams.
• Participate in Continuous Service Improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, applications, and computer hardware.
• Experience with helpdesk call management systems.
• Understanding of Microsoft platforms, Networks, Security, WAN/LAN.
• Certifications like MCSA, A+, Network+, CCENT are a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• ITIL Service Support and Delivery knowledge is desirable.
• Experience in the financial industry is a bonus.
