IT LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST

Job Summary:

Play a critical role in delivering high impact projects and products by bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions using agile methodology.

Strong credible experience delivering products and projects using Agile methodology and demonstrated success in transforming the business concepts to working products in real world.

Multiple positions are available across business domains including airline commercial, revenue management, cargo, flight operations, crew management, aircraft MRO, contact center, corporate functions such as HR, finance, facilities management, transportation, procurement etc.

Skills & Competencies:

Bachelor Degree with minimum total work experience of 7 to 10 years and managing at least 2 to 3

people.

Airline or hospitality or retail industry knowledge is an added advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Excellent solution creation skills.

Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Ability to work with stakeholders to understand their requirements.

Ability to work with development teams to understand business requirements.

Ability to support the product owner with decision-making processes.

Adherence to quality and process compliance.

Must be a quick learner and ability to switch domain and adapt to changes.

Certifications in Business analysis and Agile is considered a plus. E.g. PSPO, PSM, CSPO, CSM,

PMI-PBA, CBAP, IIBA-AAC or similar

Technical Competencies:

This is not a technical role but they would be the median between the business and tech.

Proficiency in using Agile project/product management tools.

Strong understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum and Kanban) and Proven experience of at

least 3 years as Business Analyst in Agile environment.

Has worked on software development projects for HR, banking or finance, procurement, facilities related

Agile business analysis practices like conducting design thinking workshops, ideation, wireframing / prototyping, flow charts, domain driven design, documenting user stories & acceptance criteria, backlog grooming, test scenario generation

Excellent analytical abilities including working with data

Hands-on experience working as a Business Analyst in software development projects, working closely with end user and Product owners / Product Managers

Ability to organize excellent demos of prototypes and solutions
