Role: React Native Developer

Rate: Up to £450 p/d Outside IR35

Location: Fully Remote – Must be based in the UK

Duration: 1 month – extensions and further engagements very likely

This is a critical role for an individual who thrives under pressure, excels in fast-paced environments, and possesses deep expertise in React Native development, performance optimization, and the entire app deployment process.

Experience Required:

• Rapid Full-Cycle Development & Deployment: Lead the end-to-end process of designing, building, and deploying a new React Native iOS application to the App Store within an ambitious deadline.
• Architectural Leadership & Design: Drive the initial design and architecture of core features before production coding begins, ensuring a scalable, maintainable, and high-performing application from day one.
• Enterprise App Deployment: Take full ownership of deploying the application as an enterprise-grade app, navigating and setting up all necessary configurations and processes.
• Performance & Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing, performance optimization, and debugging to deliver a stable, secure, and user-friendly application.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with stakeholders (product, design, backend) to align on requirements and provide technical guidance to team members, ensuring rapid progress.
• Build & Release Management: Configure and optimize the build process, manage certificates, provisioning profiles, and all aspects of the App Store Connect submission.
