Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Network Support (Japanese) position located in Kuala Lumpur. As an IT Network Support professional, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining network infrastructures. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting network issues, configuring network devices, and ensuring network security and stability.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Japanese (JLPT or Native or Expats).
• Proven experience in IT network support and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, and DNS
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and software
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Relevant certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+, are highly beneficial for this role.
