• Application support
• Support for authorized users
• Request Fulfillment
• Operational control and planning
• Database administration and development support
• Deliver on agreed timelines with a focus on FI solutions
• Ensure compliance of SLA

Skills

• FICO knowledge +2 years’ experience
• experience of SAP FICO module Implementations or support/maintenance
• experience in the requirements gathering/ fit-gap, design/business blueprint and configuration/customization
• B2/C1 English / German enabling communication and cooperation with the Client (including work with project documentation)
• ability of analytical thinking, ability of knowledge extending and cooperating with the team
• high customer orientation and quality awareness
