The company is hiring both Junior and Senior Research Scientists to join a 10-person, research-led team working on some of the hardest problems in AI today, including agentic workflows, predictive modeling, and generative language systems deployed at scale. You’ll work closely with a world-class Head of Research and tackle a wide range of challenges spanning statistical modeling, infrastructure design, and system optimization.

What You’ll Do:

• Research and develop novel ML/LLM architectures for real-world applications
• Build and optimize predictive models that directly impact millions of users
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product teams, and leadership
• Translate complex math into deployable, scalable solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• PhD (preferred) in Math, Physics, CS, or a related field
• Deep coding ability (Python preferred), and experience with ML/statistical frameworks
• A track record of solving hard problems, not just publishing them
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and systematically
• Based in NYC/ Bay area or open to relocating
