Are you an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer, looking to join a well funded start-up in an environment with little bureaucracy and fast iteration, whilst working alongside some of the bright minds in the space and benefiting from strong autonomy?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing series B AI start-up backed by top-tier investors. The team is pioneering new capabilities in no-code AI agents that can collaborate across channels like email, Slack, and Zoom—handling open-ended tasks in dynamic environments while learning and improving over time.

As part of a focused, high-calibre engineering team, you’ll take ownership of critical product features, working across a full-stack TypeScript system built on React, Next.js, and Node.js. You’ll help design robust backend services, build intuitive frontend experiences, and ensure that features are deployed quickly and reliably at scale.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role perfect for engineers who thrive in fast-moving, product-driven environments with minimal bureaucracy and a strong bias for action.

The Role

• Architect and implement scalable, efficient backend systems
• Build and maintain frontend experience in React/Next.js
• Develop internal tools and integrations with 3rd-party APIs
• Contribute to design and decision-making alongside product and design
• Own features end-to-end—from code to deployment, observability, and maintenance
• Hybrid (4 days a week)

The Person

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in full-stack or backend-focused roles
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern backend frameworks
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems (e.g. streaming, retries, caching)
• Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time system architectures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with high ownership
