Role: Specialist (Unix/Linux/Ubuntu/RedHat)

Role Description:

- Proven experience in transitioning from Ubuntu to Red-Hat.

- Extensive experience in Unix operations.

- Advanced Unix knowledge.

- Provide consulting services for customer-related projects, including expansion, review, and strategic consulting in this environment.

- Extensive experience in Unix operations.

- Technology knowledge: Splunk, Ubuntu, Python, Puppet, Ansible, Git.

- Language: German (mandatory), English (good to have).

Desirable Skills:

- Experience with VMWare vSphere, HPE-ILO Firmware Management, FNT-Command.

- Experience with enterprise networks and infrastructures.

- Splunk experience.

- Support activities and cross-training of team members in case of vacation/sickness.

- Nagios monitoring.

- Syslog infrastructure.

- IT Security Organization (ITSecOrg).

- Backup environment.

JD:

- Proven experience in transitioning from Ubuntu to Red-Hat.

- Extensive experience in Unix operations.

- Advanced Unix knowledge.

- Consulting services for customer-related projects, including expansion, review, and strategic consulting.

- Technology knowledge in Splunk, Ubuntu, Python, Puppet, Ansible, Git.

- German language proficiency is mandatory, English is good to have.

- Additional experience in VMWare vSphere, HPE-ILO Firmware Management, FNT-Command, enterprise networks, and infrastructures.

- Ability to support activities and cross-train team members for coverage during absences.

- Experience in monitoring (Nagios), Syslog infrastructure, IT security, and backup environments.
