Salary: £150k–£165k + bonus/benefits

Location: UK / Ned | Hybrid: Site (~35%) • Office • Home

Relocation to the Netherlands is an option - must be fluent in English

This role is for a leader who wants to deliver and grow a high-performing OT security practice, shape go-to-market, mentor, and scale a team that delivers real outcomes across UK & EU industrial environments.

The mandate:

• Own & grow an OT cyber service line: strategy, delivery excellence, hiring plans, and financial performance.
• Design and lead OT security programmes across manufacturing, transport, healthcare, energy, and oil & gas.
• Stand up monitoring & detection for OT/ICS: architecture, deployment, tuning, and run-books.
• Create market presence: case studies, thought leadership, client playbooks, and partner propositions.
• Drive revenue with sales teams: qualify opportunities, shape solutions, present to boards, and close.
• Coach & elevate consultants—set standards, build methodologies, and foster a learning culture.

What you’ll bring

• 6–8+ years leading OT security engagements across SCADA,ICS environments.
• Proven delivery leadership and team-building—hiring, mentoring, and developing capability.
• Hands-on with frameworks/regulation: IEC 62443,NIST SP 800-82,NERC CIP, plus risk & resilience in OT/IT convergence.
• Strong communicator who can translate tech to business outcomes and influence senior stakeholders.
• Commercial edge: comfortable with pipeline, BD, proposals, pricing, and practice P&L drivers.
