Graphic Designer

WE WILL REQUEST A PORTFOLIO OR SAMPLE PROJECT(S) AND A VOICE NOTE FOR THE SCREENING PROCESS

Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning designs for digital and print materials, including websites, social media, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling design solutions.
• Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design assets.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our design quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.

Technical knowledge & skills required:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take creative direction and feedback positively.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience with animation and video editing (a plus but not required).
