Relocation / Legalization Specialist

An international IT company is looking for Relocation / Legalization Specialist in our Polish office.

You’ll be part of a global team, working with talented people and supporting colleagues.

Who You Are:

• Immigration Expert: You have 1–3 years of hands-on experience with legalization of foreigners in Poland.
• Knowledgeable: You’re confident with Polish immigration legislation, including:

- Temporary residence permit for work

- Blue Card

- Residence permit for family reunification

- EU long-term residence permit

- Polish citizenship

• Tax-Savvy: You have a basic understanding of Polish tax regulations (income tax, ZUS).
• Multilingual: Russian – fluent; English and Polish – at least Intermediate, both spoken and written, so you can easily correspond with authorities and colleagues.
• Tech-Smart: Advanced Excel user (a must!), comfortable with MS Office. Experience with CRM systems and Jira is a plus.
• People-Oriented: You can manage multiple tasks, stay focused under pressure, and keep a sharp eye for details. You’re proactive, eager to learn, and ready to help others.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Go-To Person: Act as the main contact for expatriates on legalization and work visa matters.
• Guide & Advise: Support HR colleagues, managers, and employees with clear advice on international legislation, processes, and policies.
• Coordinate Relocations: Organize and oversee all types of international moves within Coherent Solutions.
• Work With Partners: Communicate with our vendors regarding visas and legalization issues.
• Keep Track: Maintain accurate statistics on legalization status and update company systems.
• Improve Processes: Optimize internal workflows, policies, and programs, helping us build a standardized and efficient way of working.
