Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in the tech industry and 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven experience in growing engineering organizations
- Experience in leading engineering teams developing new products from scratch
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Fluency in English and Japanese
