Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy & Analytics (Remote)

A leading organization in the plasma-based therapies sector is seeking a Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy & Analytics to join its Forecasting, Pricing & Analytics (FPA) team. This fully remote role is key to shaping pricing strategy across a large U.S. plasma collection network. The position combines advanced analytics, pricing experimentation, machine learning, and strategic leadership to drive volume, efficiency, and long-term business performance.
Role Overview
You will lead the development and optimization of national pricing strategies, partner with cross-functional leaders, and drive the adoption of advanced analytical models. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on technical capabilities, with responsibility for large-scale pricing experiments, automation, forecasting, and executive-level insights.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing Strategy & Optimization
- Build scalable processes for delivering weekly pricing insights.
- Automate and execute complex pricing experiments across multiple centers.
- Design fee strategies aligned with KPIs and long-term objectives.
- Implement advanced methodologies (A/B testing, hierarchical models, forecasting).
Analytics & Forecasting
- Lead end-to-end pricing analytics and business metric reporting.
- Collaborate with data science teams on predictive and machine learning models.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape pricing decisions and fee plans.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Maintain governance, documentation, and communication standards.
Team Leadership & Project Management
- Mentor analysts across pricing, forecasting, and BI.
- Manage multiple pricing initiatives and strategic projects simultaneously.
- Standardize and automate reporting across core KPIs.
Technical & Professional Requirements
- Expertise with Python, PySpark, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
- Strong statistical foundation: regression, causal inference, experimentation, power analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analytical concepts.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
- 9+ years in analytics, data science, pricing, strategy, consulting, or forecasting.
- Experience with revenue management, advanced modeling, or subscription-style pricing is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare or plasma industry is beneficial but not required.
