Product Manager- Power Distribution

This company is a rapidly scaling engineering and manufacturing organization delivering custom panelboards, remote power panels (RPPs) and power distribution units across the data center industry.
In this role, you will work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive product vision, market strategy, product development, pricing, and launch execution across an expanding product portfolio.
This role would suit a proven Product Manager from the electrical, power distribution, or data center equipment background looking to own a strategic product line and shape future innovation.
The Role
- Lead product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for PDUs, RPPs, panelboards, and related data center solutions
- Engage with customers to gather requirements, translate needs into specifications, and strengthen product-customer alignment
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales on product development and enhancements
- Drive successful product launches and provide sales enablement, training, and technical support
The Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar
- Experience in product management or similar role within electrical or power distribution equipment
- Strong technical knowledge of low-voltage power distribution products (PDUs, RPPs, panelboards)
- Experience in data center, mission-critical, ETO/CTO manufacturing environments
