Medier is looking for Affiliate Manager with relocation to Dubai and with great opportunities for growing!
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry.
- Effective sales and negotiation skills
- Driven and results-oriented
- English B2+
- Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage prioritiets
- Perfect communication skills
- Ability to represent company and brands during exhibitions and all related event
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Deep understanding of how the entertainment industry works
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates to run CPA, RS, and hybrid campaign
- Negotiate partnership terms and manage the affiliate budget, including commissions and payouts
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI; report results to senior management
- Maintain timely invoicing and ensure accurate and on-time commission payments
- Communicate daily with partners, providing ongoing support and growing the affiliate networks
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and development teams to optimize affiliate acquisition efforts
- Represent the company at industry events and create content for affiliate newsletters and promotions
