Product Quality Engineer

YOUR CHALLENGES

  • Coordination and processing of customer complaints
  • Quality responsibility for innovation and relocation projects, in particular breaking down customer requirements into quality plans, monitoring O-plan elements (in process check, initial sample inspections, traceability, Q-evidence documents, etc.)
  • Responsible for the execution of D-FMEA
  • Support in P-FMEA
  • Support in change requests
  • Execution of internal and external audits
  • Execution of quality training
  • Further development and improvement of processes
  • Support product management during customer visits and customer audits

YOUR COMPETENCIES

  • Completed education as a quality specialist / quality manager
  • Bachelor degree in electrical & electronical and/or mechanical engineering
  • Experience in MEMS quality management
  • Basic technical education with solid work experience
  • Several years of experience in quality management, customer complaints and advance quality planning
  • Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, Ishikawa, 3-legged 5 why, Fishbone diagram, SPC, etc.
  • Systematic, methodical and solution-oriented approach to work
  • High grade of independence
  • Willingness to expand knowledge
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
