This role is fully remote with occasional travel.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide remote and occasional on-site support for complex radar, surveillance, and electro-mechanical systems
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug hardware, software, networking, and wireless systems

  • Report product issues and bugs to engineering teams
  • Support customer installations, training, and long-term system maintenance
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers

What you’ll bring

  • BA/BS in engineering + 2 years experience, OR MS degree, OR 6+ years military/aerospace experience
  • Hands-on experience with radar/surveillance systems (design, operation, or maintenance)
  • Strong independent troubleshooting skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Proven track record of building trusted customer relationships

Nice to have:

  • Unix/Linux/MATLAB experience
  • Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one (U.S. citizenship required)

Benefits

  • Medical, dental and vision for you + dependents
  • 3+ weeks vacation + floating holidays + parental leave
  • 401(k) with immediate vesting on employer match
  • Tuition and student loan assistance
  • Wellness programs + EAP
  • Employee stock purchase plan
  • Strong career development and internal mobility

Saab builds mission-critical technology that helps protect people and communities — and they offer an environment where engineers can grow, innovate, and make a tangible impact.
