Build & Innovate
- Design, develop, andmaintainadvanced automation workflows usingMicrosoftPower Platform,Microsoft 365,AWSservices,andGitHub Actions.
- Connect systems through APIs and apply AI/LLM intelligence toautomatebusiness processes, content generation, and product operations.
- Work with Product Operations and Product Education teams toidentifyhigh-value automation opportunities.
- Share best practices, train stakeholders, and enable teams toleverageautomation independently.
- Administer andoptimizethe automation environment for performance, reliability,cost,and governance.
- Monitor workflow performance,proactivelytroubleshoot, anditerate forefficiency and accuracy.
Must-have
- 3–5years insoftware engineeringrole.
- Experience designing and buildingserverless automation pipelines, ideally on AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.
- Understanding ofAPIs, webhooks, and REST/Graph integrations.
- Strongproblem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Able to work independently.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience in businessprocess automation, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience withan automation platform:Microsoft 365orPower PlatformorN8N, etc.
- Experience withpackaging, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to apply AI/LLM capabilities.
