Architectural Presentation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Architect who specializes in creating high-quality architectural presentation packages. This role is heavily focused on advanced Photoshop and InDesign work to transform conceptual designs, CAD, and Revit drawings into polished, client-ready architectural packages. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, visually sharp, and comfortable working on tight, overnight turnaround schedules when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble complete architectural presentation packages for client use.
• Use Adobe Photoshop to:

• Color conceptual plans and site plans
• Color and enhance exterior elevations
• Develop 3D graphics based on in-house sketches
• Refine and enhance AI-generated color images
• Use Adobe InDesign to:

• Organize and format architectural packages
• Create and maintain clean, consistent layouts
• Design cover pages and closing/thank-you slides with transparent elements
• Interpret and work from CAD and Revit drawings provided by the client.
• Manage time-sensitive deliverables, including overnight production when files are received late (e.g., 5:00 PM EST).
• Ensure visual consistency, accuracy, and professional quality across all presentation materials.
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed or professional Architect with at least 5 years of experience in architectural presentation and visualization.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign (non-negotiable).
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations.
• Experience working with CAD and Revit files for presentation purposes.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and handle last-minute revisions.
• Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.
• Experience working in fast-paced architectural or design studios.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted rendering or image generation workflows.
• Ability to adapt to varying workloads and short turnaround times.
