Randstad is the #1 HR Services Provider in the world, We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Recruiter / Talent Advisor to join our team onsite on a contract basis. This is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiting role focused exclusively on securing specialized talent for our Clients Digital Data Center operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating the technical landscape of the data center industry and quickly building strong candidate pipelines for niche, in-demand roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for specialized Digital Data Center positions, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and closing.
- Source, screen, and engage highly technical candidates, including Data Engineers, Hardware Technicians, Network Engineers, and related roles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, technical job boards, industry networks, and passive candidate outreach.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team needs, and organizational culture.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting on recruiting metrics and pipeline status.
- Provide consultative advice to hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and competitive intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive experience in technical full-cycle recruiting.
- Must have direct, recent experience recruiting for Digital Data Center roles (e.g., Data Engineering, Network Engineering, Hardware/Server Technician roles).
- Proven ability to manage and close multiple complex requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- This is an ONSITE position. Must be based in the Austin, TX metropolitan area, or able to manage a daily commute up to 30 miles to Austin.

m.The base salary range for this position is equivalent to $46,800-$72,800, this role pays hourly and is an RPO contractor position. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
