IT Platform Engineer

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Your Profile & DNA:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Platform Engineer with expertise in Python to join our dynamic team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• We are looking for a colleague with proven experience as an IT Platform Engineer with a strong proficiency in Python.
• You should be able to cover all aspects of reliable software development from planning design stage, hands-on development and testing to automated deployment.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Experience 8+ years
• Strong understanding of CICD principles and practical experience in setting up and maintaining pipelines
• Demonstrable experience in maintaining code quality through best practices and code reviews
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design efficient solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in understanding of Databricks Unity Catalog
• Experience in understanding of application infrastructure and design
• Experience in working with Cloud Technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Experience in working with application with high availability requirements
• Experience of Agile way of working DevOps teams
• Team player and eager to share expertise with teams
