Senior Product Designer - AI-Driven Design Partner

This role encompasses comprehensive experience design, research interpretation, system architecture, and ongoing testing. You'll build adaptive user journeys and interactive prototypes, develop and deploy AI models to anticipate user behavior, and validate your concepts with evidence before code is written. You'll execute genuine experiments—A/B tests, multivariate studies, and AI-forecasted alternatives—and analyze insights through both analytics and qualitative signals to drive improvements in conversion, retention, and user satisfaction. You'll advance a unified, cross-platform UI framework with transparent logic, embedded accessibility, documentation that supports developers, and governance ensuring consistency as the organization grows.

You'll operate at the intersection of product, data, and engineering, accountable for results. Anticipate translating strategy into working prototypes, distilling research into testable hypotheses, upholding system standards, coaching designers on AI-enhanced methods, and collaborating with PMs and analysts to connect every choice to measurable business outcomes. What You Will Be Doing

• Take ownership of the complete process of converting user needs and product objectives into smart, scalable design systems and prototypes
• Direct mixed-method research initiatives to discover and confirm user requirements, integrating classic UX techniques with AI-powered clustering and behavioral forecasting
• Build, refine, and sustain cross-platform UI systems that create unified product experiences
• Execute and analyze comprehensive experiments (A/B, multivariate, AI-forecasted variants) to enhance user satisfaction, conversion rates, and retention metrics

Basic Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience designing end-to-end digital experiences across multiple products or platforms
• Experience using AI-powered design tools (Galileo, Uizard, Figma AI, etc.)
• Experiencing conducting UX research and analytics to drive design decisions
• Experience leading other UI/UX designers and standardizing the work

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
