What we’re looking for

BizKit Technologies Inc. is looking for top-notch candidates that can potentially join the team as our IT Operations Manager. The IT Operations Manager will play a significant role in long-term planning and implementing change control processes and overseeing the HRIS Ops Team. Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Oversee operations systems, processes and infrastructure while looking for opportunities for system and process improvements or revision
• Work closely with the Project Manager to facilitate seamless transition of projects to operations
• Enhance the operational procedures, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting 
• Lead initiatives to make operational improvements

Who is the ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required
• Proven experience as an IT Operations Manager preferably with experience in handling HRIS systems
• Preferably with experience in handling HR-related operations such as Attendance Tracking and Payroll
• Leadership and management experience in operations
• Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues
• Keen attention to detail
• Good decision-making skills and sound judgment even in high-pressure situations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
