Key Responsibilities

• Build from Zero: Lead the end-to-end development of new B2B SaaS applications, from domain modeling and architecture design to implementation.
• Technical Leadership: Drive technology selection and architectural decisions. For Lead candidates, mentor a high-performing team and foster a strong engineering culture.
• Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex manufacturing problems into intuitive software solutions.
• Scalability: Design systems that can handle enterprise-level performance and security requirements as we expand into the US and ASEAN markets.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience: 7+ years (Senior) to 9+ years (Lead) of hands-on experience delivering scalable web applications on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Language: Fluent in English (Japanese is not required).
• Technical Depth: Strong expertise in Backend development (statically typed languages preferred) with a solid grasp of Frontend technologies (React).
• Architectural Mindset: Experience with Microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and CI/CD pipelines.
