Required Skills & Experience

• Proven advanced-level experience with Excel macros and VBA (portfolio or demonstrated examples preferred), as well as being versed in the interoperability of the O365 suite in an enterprise environment.

• Hands-on experience with business workflow development (or similar enterprise workflow systems).

• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com reporting, dashboards, and data structures.

• Practical experience in SharePoint site administration and content management.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Certification in O365, Excel or VBA is highly desirable.

• Ability to provide a portfolio or demonstrated examples of Excel work with macros/VBA

Insight Global seeking a highly skilled BI Analyst to support a Fortune 500 global energy client. This individual will be assisting the team with Excel automation, workflow development, reporting, and SharePoint administration. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience building advanced Excel macros, managing enterprise workflow tools, and delivering actionable business insights through Salesforce reporting. This role requires a proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a year-long contract with potential extension.
